ACE Jet wash screens are manufactured from both hot dip galvanised mild steel and high grade aluminium extrusions that when powder coated have a long-lasting low maintenance, rust free finish. All structures are fabricated to structural calculations for ultimate safety.
Features –
- Upright stanchions will be SHS with thick wall mild steel section, hot dip galvanised and powder coated to a colour of your choice.
- Uprights will be base plate fixed with a thick plate and gussets fixed into your prepared concrete pads with Concrete Anker bolts to each upright.
- Glazing frames are fully welded aluminium section
- Glazing will be of either 6mm thick solid UV stable clear polycarbonate or 8mm thick toughened safety glass.
